Clinical Infrastructure Provider
HelloHospital is a healthcare SaaS platform operated by ScaleUpWiz Private Limited. We provide administrative infrastructure to bridge the communication gap between clinical visits. The platform is NOT a clinical diagnostic device and does not provide medical advice.
Professional Responsibility
The Medical Practitioner (User) retains 100% clinical and legal responsibility for patient health. HelloHospital serves solely as a delivery mechanism for the Practitioner's own clinical protocols.
Meta Business API & Messaging Policy
Practitioners must obtain explicit patient opt-in before triggering WhatsApp updates.
Messaging must be strictly transactional healthcare (Appointments, Reports, Recovery).
Prohibited use includes mass marketing or pharmaceutical promotions.
Opt-Out Mechanism (STOP)
Recipients may opt-out at any time by replying 'STOP' or 'UNSUBSCRIBE'. HelloHospital will automatically process these requests to ensure compliance and respect user preferences.
Indemnification
The Practitioner agrees to indemnify ScaleUpWiz Private Limited against any claims or clinical malpractice suits arising from the Practitioner's use of the platform protocols.
Clinical Trust Protocol
HelloHospital is designed to act as a silent support layer. We never engage in patient contact without a direct clinical event trigger from your clinic.
